Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During periods of high order volume, processing times may take slightly longer. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within a short window after being placed. Once an order enters the fulfillment stage, changes may no longer be possible.

United States

Estimated delivery time: 2–4 business days after shipment.

United Kingdom & Europe

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment.

Canada

Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on the destination.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight

  • Shipping method selected

Customers will be able to review shipping costs before completing their purchase.


International Orders & Customs

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country's regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email which allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.


Delayed or Lost Packages

While we work with reliable shipping carriers, delays can occasionally occur. If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
